Share DEALING Code

The Company has adopted a share dealing code for directors and applicable employees, in line with the requirements for AIM-quoted companies. This includes provisions relating to the dealings during closed periods, in accordance with Rule 21 of the AIM Rules for Companies. The Company will ensure compliance with this code by all relevant individuals.
