5. Mentoring Kounrad 1 Min

As part of its commitment to fostering professional growth and supporting employee development, in 2023 CAML implemented a mentoring program to leverage the extensive experience of its employees, and nurture skills and knowledge in others.

The programme paired experienced employees with those seeking guidance, offering a structured, personalised approach to development. Covering diverse skills and competencies, the initiative aligned with both individual career goals and CAML’s sustainability objectives.

The programme focused on three primary goals.

  • Knowledge transfer: facilitating the sharing of industry-specific knowledge and organisational practices from experienced employees to mentees.
  • Skill enhancement: providing opportunities for mentees to develop their skills and align them with their roles and responsibilities.
  • Career development: assisting mentees in setting and reaching career goals to support their professional growth within the Group.
