In Q4 2024, CAML conducted an anonymous online culture survey, engaging participants from across the Group, including the Board, corporate team and senior managers.

The responses highlighted CAML as a group in which employees felt supported, empowered and proud to work, with low staff turnover and high satisfaction levels.

The culture was recognised as both people-focused and results-driven, with leaders aligned with company values and fostering a positive work environment.

The survey also confirmed that employees felt safe voicing concerns, and believed that CAML offered fair opportunities for growth, regardless of background. CAML’s adaptability to market changes was noted as a key strength, reflecting an agile, responsive business culture.

Opportunities for improvement included more clearly defining leadership expectations to promote consistency, enhancing cross-team communication to strengthen collaboration, and increasing the visibility of innovation across the business. Overall, the results reaffirmed CAML’s commitment to nurturing an inclusive, supportive and high-performing culture. CAML remains committed to building on these strengths while addressing areas identified for development to ensure continued employee engagement and business success.
